I don't measure success by how many deals close in a quarter. I measure it by how many lives actually changed because of what happened at that closing table — the family that finally has a yard, the seller who walked away debt-free, the first-time buyer who now has an asset instead of a rent receipt.
What "lives changed" looks like beyond the transaction:
- A first home that turns a monthly payment into equity instead of someone else's income.
- A downsizing seller who unlocks decades of equity to fund the next chapter of life.
- An investor who closes on a second property because the first one worked exactly the way we planned it to.
Another deal closed always means someone's life just changed. That's the metric that actually matters to me — and it's why I ask "who's next?" instead of counting closings.
